Ava Becker - Creative, Committed, Cat Mom
Thanks for stopping by! My name is Ava Becker. I am a committed creative, cat mom, and as of May 2022, a fresh face in the world of graphic design, courtesy of UofL's Graphic Design program.
When it comes to design, I am constantly striving to push myself out of my comfort zones and craft pieces that standout. I aspire to be unique in every facet of my life and design is no exception. Heavily inspired by color, patterns, and the 1970s, most of my designs are driven by research and feature self made illustrations.
My passion for graphic design started way back in my first high school Visual Communications
class and has only crescendoed over the past six years. My experience has landed me a social media position with UofL Campus Housing, multiple awards from AIGA, and currently an internship with An Agency here in Louisville. While I have barely dipped my toes into the world of design, I hope to one day work in packaging, merchandising, or branding and cannot wait to expand my portfolio with more work from the professional world!
